This course provides an overview of project management and
covers the nine knowledge areas identified in the PMBOK® along
with a section on Professional Responsibilities:
During the session, attendees will utilize practice questions to
better understand the nature of the PMP exam. The instruction
approach includes lecture, exercises and sample questions.

Program Details
Microsoft Project 2007 Training
course is designed
for individuals who will use Microsoft Project 2007 as a tool to
assist them in managing projects. The topics in this course
cover the skills necessary to create and modify a project plan
that contains tasks, resources, resource assignments and
associated costs.
Professionals will then
build upon these skills and work with a Project Plan once it has
entered the project implementation phase till closing With this
program.

Prerequisites
Individuals
enrolling in this class should have an understanding of Project
Management concepts and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Project
and Excel is helpful but not mandatory.
During the session, attendees will
have hands on practice for better understanding of the Tool. The
instruction approach includes lecture, hands on practice, case
study and examples
